    1992
    Modair was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
    1994
    Our first project in the Philippines with MITSUBISHI MOTORS is located at Pamcor Office Bldg., Cainta, Rizal.
    1995
    Our first Cooling System Project with FUJI ELECTRIC PHILIPPINES in Calamba, Laguna.
    1996
    Our first government-owned project was when Modair did the Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection Works of NAIA TERMINAL 2 in Pasay City.
    2000
    Modair had its first complete mechanical and electrical works including process piping and automation of NIKKO MATERIALS in Biñan, Laguna.
    2006
    Modair launched its participation in the construction of a Geothermal Power Plant in PNOC’s NORTHERN NEGROS GPP in Negros Occidental.
    2007
    Modair had its first complete overseas electromechanical project which is the YKK FACTORY in Karachi, Pakistan which put the company at No.1270 of the Top 7000 Corporations in the Philippines because of its high revenue.
    2011
    Modair handled and completed the District Cooling System (DCS) project under AYALA for ALABANG TOWN CENTER in Muntinlupa City and GLORIETTA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT in Ayala Center, Makati City.
    2012
    For the fiscal year, Modair revenue reached its highest sales record also in the same year when the company celebrated its 20th Anniversary.
    2013
    Modair open its subsidiary company in Yangon, Myanmar with its business name MODAIR MYANMAR ENGINEERING CO. LTD.
    2015
    MME completed its first major project – design and construction of Acecook Myanmar Factory utilities.
    2017
    Modair completed its first big project as General Contractor – DCS Northgate Cyberzone, the Philippines’ largest district cooling system, a joint project of Filinvest Land Inc. and Engie Group.
