The joint venture of Filinvest Land, Inc. and Cofely Philippines, a subsidiary of the Engie Group, a worldwide leader in Energy Efficiency and Environmental Services held the groundbreaking ceremony on March 17, 2016 for a Php1.2B centralized cooling system that will supply 420, 000 square meters of office buildings with clean, cooling energy that is set to be completed in 2017.
Modair who concomitantly celebrates a milestone, securing its first-ever General Contracting Project was presented by its General Manager at the time, Mr. Makoto Numata.   Also present in the event were officials from CPI, Tractebel Engineering, Engie Services (Phils), and FLI.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held at the project site, Northgate Cyberzone which is the flagship venture of Cyberzone Properties Inc. (CPI), Filinvest’s arm that seeks to create energy-efficient business environments with a campus vibe.  Representatives of Filinvest and Cofely led the ceremonial groundbreaking.
