In order to further develop and improve the quality of their employee,  Modair Manila sent Engineers to travel to Japan to start their one-year training and immersion program to its head office in Tonets Corporation based in Tokyo,  Japan wherein they will be given an on-site on-the-job training regarding Japanese standards in construction for a year.

This shall be a continuous global training program between Modair and Tonets Corporation.  Each year, Modair Manila will be sending two of its qualified Engineers for this event.
Engr. Lloyd Ramos and Engr.
